Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the right to digitize submitted materials
• Providing original materials in a condition suitable for scanning
• Making timely payments as agreed

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original materials and digital copies created. We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care in handling materials, we are not liable for damage to originals that may occur during normal handling and processing. Clients are advised to keep backup copies of valuable originals.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Projects may require a deposit before work begins, with balance due upon completion.

Delivery

Digital files will be delivered via agreed method within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Physical materials will be returned as arranged.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
