Return Policy

Service Completion

Once digitization work has been completed and delivered, services are considered fulfilled. Digital files are provided as specified in the service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation before work has begun
  • Failure to deliver services as agreed in the service contract
  • Technical errors that prevent delivery of usable digital files

Partial Refunds

If work has been partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of work completed versus the total project scope.

Return of Original Materials

Original photographs and materials will be returned to clients as arranged in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate return addresses.

Digital File Delivery

Digital files are delivered via agreed method. If technical issues prevent delivery, we will work with clients to resolve delivery problems.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. Requests submitted after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
